Delivery Boundaries
We have a free delivery range of up to 15 miles of zip code 12306 in Colonie/Niskayuna, New York. Please call/email for exact delivery range. For locations over 15 miles there will be a delivery charge.
As much as we would love to provide our inflatables to everyone that is interested in booking with us, we will not always be able to accommodate everyone due to distance.

Refunds and Cancellations
The rain and weather in general are hard to predict. We are a family business and we know things happen. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible for cancellations and refund requests. We will do everything we can to accomodate your refund and cancellation request. Please note that once we set up we can no longer offer a refund.
Site requirements
We ask that the area that you would like the fun to happen be clear of sticks, branches, rocks, other sharp items and of course clear of any dog waste. Basically lets not pop or ruin the product for the next party.
Notes:
If your rental is for a water slide, you will need to provide the water.
Your rental is an inflatable and there will need to be power available to inflate the inflatable and keep it that way until the fun is over.
Accepted methods of payment
We accept Cash as well as Venmo and Paypal. No personal checks!!!
